DAYLONG VIRTUAL RETREAT
Sunday 7. February 2021
Join Thomas Arta for a day’s virtual retreat with yoga, guided mindfulness and nature connection. All levels of experience welcome.
All sessions facilitated via ZOOM. Don't worry - you will not be glued to the screen the whole time, and you will be surprised at the depth of what is possible when meeting together virtually is done well. To receive the ZOOM link you will need to register here: http://bit.ly/ReTreaT
WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE?
After registering you will receive a mail with ideas and recommendations for how to set the scene for a day's retreat.
We start the day with a guided yoga practice followed by intention setting and breaking for breakfast.
We continue with the opening circle, group connection and guided mindfulness practice followed by a unique group experience out in nature.
Here we all go individually to a place where we have at least some aspect of the natural world to connect with. A city park is more than fine.
After a lunch break we continue with music and movement, a discussion about the morning's experience and another guided mindfulness practice. This followed by a time of free space for your own reflection, journalling, or anything else you like.
The evening session will be a second guided yoga practice followed by the closing circle.
The yoga and mindfulness practices are suitable for all levels and abilities.
Thomas is running the retreat on the concept of "dana" or donation. The suggested donation for the day’s retreat is €75. However, no-one should be unable to attend for financial reasons and when needed you are invited to simply contribute what you can afford.
Please only register if you can commit to joining for the whole day. Your participance and presence is part of the power and impact - together we make the retreat what it is.
